Our fresh basil chicken salad is very special. It's a refreshing treat that is only offered in the summertime. With fresh basil pureed into the mayonnaise, along with fresh cucumber, sauteed chicken and parmesan cheese; it is a summer favorite. One quart is approximately 5-6 servings.
